We here at the Stretton Hotel believe that customer service is a top priority - so after speaking to our guests to find out how we could improve our customer service we found that the one common theme was communication. Our guests want to know whats happening in and around the hotel, they want to be able to check up on our special offers, etc.
So with that in mind we created this blog to keep everyone informed! It will run alongside our official hotel website - www.strettonhotel.co.uk but will include useful information about the hotel and the goings on around us and will offer an entertaining read!!
